You can expect your refund (excl. the shipment costs) within 14 business days after we have received your returned goods, in the form of store credit (which you can use for your next purchase). A refund can also be given via your original payment method. Mail contact@decovry.com for this option.
Be aware that any product that is damaged, incomplete, or its packaging is damaged, won’t be refunded and can’t be exchanged.
