Can I cancel, modify or exchange my order?

Cancel your order

You can cancel an order at DECOVRY when the sale of the concerned product hasn’t ended yet.

Once the sale has ended, it won’t be possible to cancel your order.

Products that are tailored to the customer’s liking can not be cancelled either.

To cancel your order, please send an e-mail to contact@decovry.com.  

You will receive a confirmation email and the total amount of your order will be paid back to the card used during checkout.

For cancellations above €2.000, a cancellation cost of 10% will be charged. 

Modify your order

Please send an email to contact@decovry.com.

Be aware that the product you ordered earlier may not be available anymore, as we only work with very limited quantities. 

Products that are tailored to the customers liking can't be cancelled or modified.

Exchange your order

As we only offer products in limited quantities at DECOVRY, orders can't be exchanged.

You do have the right to return your order within 30 days after having received your order.
