If you notice there’s a problem with your order when it is delivered, then immediately send an email to contact@decovry.com with an accurate description of the damage and some clear pictures of the damaged product.
Please be aware that it’s the customer responsibility to open packages while your transporter is still present. If you can see any damage, do not accept the package and return it to the transporter.
If no claim is made within 2 days after receiving your order, Decovry will not be responsible for any damage or missing goods.
