I bought an item heavier than 30kg. When will my order be delivered?

If your order is heavier than 30kg and send to an address within Belgium or the Netherlands, then we use the courier company ‘Extra@Home’ (PostNL).

PostNL will send a link to your email or phone (text message) that will allow you to choose a delivery date and time. Click on this link and choose a delivery date within five working days.
PostNL will deliver your order on the chosen date between 8am and 6pm.
If you didn’t choose a delivery five working days after having received the text message or email, Post NL will contact you over the phone to arrange a delivery date.
