In the event of absence, our transporter will leave a calling card in your letter-box. You'll be able to collect your parcel at the address mentioned on that note and according to methods indicated by the transporter.
If the item has not been collected within the time limits stated by the transporter, the products will be returned to Decovry. Please send an email to contact@decovry.com if this is the case.
Items that are heavier than 30kg and need to be send to an address within Belgium or the Netherlands are delivered by Extra@Home (PostNL). Read more here.
In the event of absence, the transporter from PostNL will leave a calling card in your postbox. You can arrange a new delivery date online or by calling PostNL. Their contactdetails can be found on the calling card.
If no one is at home the second time our transporter comes, your order will be send to our warehouse. Please send an email to contact@decovry.com if this is the case.
