Is there anything I shoud take care of on the day of delivery?

Items that are heavier than 30kg and need to be send to an address within Belgium or the Netherlands are delivered by Extra@Home (PostNL).

PostNL will only deliver if all areas through which the delivery people must pass are accessible with transport tools (e.g. pump carts, trolleys).

Keep in mind that the product may not be removed from its original packaging, so your parcel will most likely be larger than the dimensions stated on the product page on our website.

If you live higher than the third floor and your building does not have a lift, or the pathway is obstructed, it is your responsibility to provide a moving lift or extra help
