When will my order be shipped?

At Decovry.com we set a standard delivery time of 20 days after the end of the sale of your ordered product. If this is the case, we will highlight this information on the specifications tab of the product page concerned or you'll be contacted by e-mail. You can follow the status of your order via 'My account' > 'Orders' on our website. you will find a link to the website of the courier company and the tracking code once your order has been shipped. You will also receive an e-mail to confirm the shipment.
